Refund & Cancellation Policy

At Trip Easy Go, we understand that travel plans can change unexpectedly. Our goal is to make the refund and cancellation process as transparent and fair as possible, while balancing the policies of our third-party providers (airlines, hotels, transportation, and tour operators).

1. General Cancellation Policy

Cancellations must be submitted in writing via email to support@tripeasygo.com.
Refund eligibility depends on:

  • The travel package selected

  • The date of cancellation relative to the departure date

  • Specific terms and conditions from third-party service providers

2. Refund Timelines

Note: Non-refundable deposits, visa processing fees, insurance premiums, or airline cancellation penalties are excluded from any refund.

3. Non-Refundable Services

The following services are typically non-refundable once booked:

  • Flights with restricted fare rules

  • Visa processing and government-related fees

  • Hotel stays during blackout dates or high-demand periods

  • Travel insurance

  • Customized or promotional packages (unless otherwise stated)

4. Force Majeure Events

Trip Easy Go is not liable for refunds due to circumstances beyond our control, including:

  • Natural disasters (e.g., earthquakes, floods)

  • Pandemics, epidemics, or government travel bans

  • Political unrest, terrorism, or war

  • Airline strikes or transportation disruptions

In such events, we will work with suppliers to minimize cancellation penalties and may offer rescheduling or travel credits when possible.

5. Trip Modifications

If you wish to modify your trip (change dates, destination, or participants), please contact us as early as possible. Fees may apply depending on the timing and third-party terms.

6. Refund Process

Refunds (if approved) will be processed within 10–15 business days to your original method of payment.
We will notify you via email once your refund has been initiated.

7. No-Shows and Missed Departures

If you fail to show up or miss your scheduled departure without prior notice:

  • No refund will be issued

  • Rebooking may not be possible due to availability constraints

8. Travel Insurance

We strongly recommend purchasing comprehensive travel insurance to cover unforeseen cancellations, delays, medical emergencies, or trip interruptions. Our travel expert team will assist you in getting the insurance plan.  Trip Easy Go is not responsible for losses incurred if you decline coverage.
